Cooking for 60

I like to cook. I love to try new recipes and experiment to create something new. I especially love when someone is having a party or a cookout and I get to bake a dessert. However, this weekend my boyfriend's family is having a surprise 50th birthday party for his mother. We are cooking the food...for 60 people. I have to admit, I really have no idea how to cook for that many people. I'm more than a little nervous. I have 10 pounds of chicken in my freezer. I'm making a chicken marsala casserole. I tried it out a few months ago and it was pretty good. Now I have to figure out how to make it for the masses. How does one cook 5 pounds of pasta? I think I need a larger pot.
